Subscription and refund policy

Prices and renewal

All listed prices are in US dollars. Advisor seats cost $49.99 per month or $499.90 per year. Leader seats cost $69.99 per month or $699.90 per year. Annual subscriptions are charged for the full year upfront. A Leader seat includes that person’s advisor features.

Your workspace has one subscription with a shared monthly or annual billing period. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before renewal. Your total, payment frequency and any taxes charged are shown before you confirm payment. Your payment provider may charge currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees.

AI transcription and fact extraction are included when available and enabled for your workspace. There are no separate AI credits or metered AI charges on your subscription invoice. Processing remains subject to supported recording limits and permission requirements.

Cancel your subscription

The workspace billing owner can open Billing, choose “Invoices, payment details and cancellation” and cancel renewal. If a seat reduction is scheduled, cancel that scheduled reduction first. Check the cancellation date shown in Billing after completing the request.

You retain subscription access through the displayed cancellation date, subject to payment status. Signing out, removing members or stopping use does not cancel your subscription.

If you cannot access Billing, email contact@vaalmi.com before renewal. Include your workspace name and the billing owner’s email. We will verify your authority before changing the subscription.

Cancellation does not itself delete client records or complete a data-deletion request. Contact support separately about your data.

Seat changes

Adding seats shows the amount due before you confirm. A payment failure may delay activation of additional seats. Eligible seat reductions take effect at renewal; removing a member does not automatically reduce purchased seats. Occupied seats and the billing owner’s required seat cannot be removed through a scheduled reduction.

Contact support for changes between monthly and annual billing or transfers between individual and team subscriptions.

Seven-day first-purchase refund

If AdvisorOrbit is not right for your business, the billing owner may request a full refund of the workspace’s first subscription payment within seven calendar days of that payment. This offer applies once per customer business, on either a monthly or annual plan.

Approved full first-payment refunds also cancel that subscription and end its paid access. We will confirm this before processing.

After that period, subscription payments, renewals and seat additions are normally non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time or seats. Contact us about duplicate charges, billing mistakes or exceptional circumstances so we can review them.

Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Request a refund

Email contact@vaalmi.com with your workspace name, billing-owner email and invoice reference if available. Do not send card numbers or banking information.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. The time to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
